Our team has identified the issues that led to this degraded performance and has released a hotfix to revert performance back to operational. We have found that our users have returned back to improved performance, but are continuing to monitor for issues that may come up. Update
Rhumbix is still experiencing degraded performance on our Web and Mobile apps. At this time, we are investigating the cause of a significant database slowdown on AWS today. Once the issue has been identified, our team will monitor the issue until the situation has been resolved. Thank you for your continued patience and be sure to subscribe for updates.
